Jorge Chavez-Tafur works as MEAL advisor, focusing on the M&E and the learning components of the program. An agronomist by training, he worked as editor of a quarterly magazine on sustainable agriculture, and has also worked as knowledge management and capacity development specialist with many different organizations. He is especially interested in supporting those processes that help describe and analyse projects and initiatives, and identify, document and share lessons that can be put into practice.
